He is a skilled martial artist and is always ready to defend his restaurant from any danger. One day, a group of criminals tried to rob the Sushi Typhoon. The owner fought them off, but he was outnumbered and overpowered. Just when it seemed like the criminals were going to win, the Sushi Police arrived and saved the day. The owner was grateful for their help and invited them to join his restaurant. The Sushi Police agreed and have been protecting the Sushi Typhoon ever since.
